What are the evasion times of an order?

The evasion times of an order tends to vary between 5/6 working days but we always commit ourselves to evading orders as soon as possible.

Do bicycles come disassembled or already assembled?

The bicycles arrive predontate, to whip the front wheel and straighten the handlebar.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout phase, since it tends to vary according to the weight/volume ratio of the product purchased.

With which courier are the shipments carried out?

We use the collaboration of various couriers who can vary according to the shipping areas, the couriers used are: GLS, Bartolini, DHL.

What happens if my package comes damaged?

Once the package is received, please verify that the number of hills delivered by the courier corresponds to that
indicated by the courier himself. If you notice the damaged packaging, please accept the package "With reserve" by making it in mind the courier and our customer service. If the package is not accepted with reserve, it will be impossible for us to forward the complaint to the shipping service for
